Project Manager

Rich has spent more than 15 years building homes, and it shows in everything he touches. From general contracting and finish carpentry to custom cabinetry and hands on residential work, he understands how a home comes together at every stage.

As a Project Manager, Rich brings that same level of detail and craftsmanship into the process earlier on. He is focused on clear communication, streamlining projects, and making sure homeowners never feel like they have to compromise their vision. Opening up layouts, improving flow, and creating spaces that truly work are some of the things he is most excited to help deliver.

Outside of work, Rich is a true creator. He forges knives by hand from start to finish, builds furniture, and assembles computers. He also enjoys spending time with his cat Ashley, adopted from Buddy Dog in Sudbury.
