At Liberty Homes, we believe building a custom home should be personal, not stressful. That’s why we’ve developed a seamless, transparent process that puts you at the center — and why we include something most builders don’t: an in-house architect guiding the entire journey.

Here’s how we take your dream from vision to reality:

Whether you already own land or are still searching, we’ll help you understand the opportunities and challenges of your lot. From topography and views to sun exposure and drainage, we assess how to best position your home for functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics.

Our in-house architect is involved from the start, helping ensure the design works with, not against, the land.

This is where ideas come to life. You’ll work directly with our architect to craft a floor plan and exterior that reflect your lifestyle and preferences, from daily routines to dream spaces. During this phase, we also begin identifying key materials, features, and systems.

Unlike many builders, we don’t outsource design, which means faster decisions, better collaboration, and a home that truly fits you.

Once the main design is in place, we help you finalize the details that make a house feel like home, including cabinetry, countertops, lighting, flooring, and fixtures. We’ll also provide updated pricing as selections are made to ensure your design stays aligned with your budget.

Before we break ground, we’ll meet with you to review the final plans, construction schedule, and key expectations. This meeting ensures you, the architect, and the build team are on the same page.

Throughout construction, you’ll have regular on-site meetings with your project manager to review progress, answer questions, and discuss any decisions or adjustments. Our architect remains involved to help guide any design-related discussions in real time.

Behind the scenes, our team manages subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control. Your project manager is your go-to point of contact and will ensure that everything stays on track and up to our high standards.

As construction nears completion, we’ll walk through the home with you to identify any last adjustments or touch-ups needed before move-in. Our goal is to ensure everything is exactly as expected, or better.

After move-in, we remain available for any questions or support you may need. We’ll also check in to ensure you’re settling in comfortably and that everything is functioning as intended.
